We will run bespoke courses for groups by arrangement.
For example an evening or afternoon course covering the basic breakdown of a pig or lamb carcass or a course making your own sausages with your own ingredients or as a team building activity.
We’re on a farm, so don’t limit yourselves to thinking butchery or cart
We can generally be open to any ideas you may have. All such courses would include drinks & nibbles and you take home anything you make. We can of course accommodate your own catering arrangements.
We do suggest that there’s at least 4 and a maximum of 12 attend on such courses, unless we arrange it as a whole of day session; which opens up a whole range of possibilities.
